Our facility visitation policy has been updated effective 5/6/2022. Please read the below policy prior to visiting the facility as you will be required to sign this new policy before entry is allowed.
We are pleased to provide a full-time Rehabilitation Department with caring and creative team of licensed therapists. Our primary focus is to alleviate physical challenges and promote independence so that our residents can make the most of life. Our success with our residents comes from our friendly and compassionate team of highly trained therapists, nurses and staff. Our physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists provide residents with customized therapy programs to help residents regain the skills and abilities they need to achieve the independence they desire.
Some of our comprehensive therapy programs include: – Restorative Nursing Program – Fall Prevention Management – Resident & Family Education – Joint Replacement Recovery – Balance and Safety Skills – Stroke Recovery Therapy
