Greenville Care Center is a cozy country home where your loved one will feel safe and secure and welcome in a home-like atmosphere for behavioral health care or short term rehabilitation. We are nestled on beautiful grounds with a quiet private garden complete with fishing pond. We provide a relaxed and cheerful environment in a quiet rural setting.

Our facility visitation policy has been updated effective 5/6/2022. Please read the below policy prior to visiting the facility as you will be required to sign this new policy before entry is allowed.

Our Residents We treat older adults with psychiatric and medical illness as well as patients with Alzheimer’s disease with an emphasis on individually planned programs of behavioral health care and behavioral modification. The most commonly treated functional problems include impaired activities of daily living, cognitive disorganization and disruptive behaviors. We pride ourselves with our dedication to reaching for excellence. We are a 58 bed, skilled nursing facility located in Greenville. We provide both short term rehabilitation, and long term custodial care. Our knowledgeable staff are here to help you navigate your way through this process with a feeling of security and comfort in knowing you have made the right choice in choosing your healthcare provider.

Our one-to-one approach is just one of the reasons why our quality of care is so high. Our department managers and staff meet daily to discuss the well being and changes with all of our residents and any special needs they may have. This service is just one of the reasons we are a step above the rest! Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy are just some of the specialty services we offer. Our Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive evaluation and care for those nursing home residents who experience depression, anxiety or behavioral disturbances such as agitation due to cognitive changes.
