REHABILITATION SERVICES We are pleased to provide a full-time Rehabilitation Department with a caring and creative team of therapists. We are committed in delivering the finest patient care to the residents.Our focus is to alleviate physical challenges and promote independence. Our caring team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists provide residents with custom designed rehab programs to help patients regain skills to achieve the independence they desire.
AMENITIES: -We provide transportation to doctor appointments, dialysis and group activities. -Our Beauty Shop is open weekly for hair appointments. -Residents have their choice of doctors from our list of providers. -We are located within minutes from Heart of Florida Hospital and Interstate I-4. -Diverse and meaningful activities conducted by our outgoing activity staff members. -Specialized nutritional services including three nutritious meals a day – snacks are available. -Housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services. -Comfortable private and semi – private accommodations. -Individualized care planning and regular health assessments. -On campus Chapel with non-denominational type services including Bible Studies and musical performances. We consistently integrate findings from the most up-to-date studies into our programs, enhancing the quality of life for our residents..
Working side by side with Hospice of your choice to provide continuity of care. Scholarships are available through Bishop Gray Inns Foundation . A library filled with both large and small print books & movies to watch on a large TV. Independent living Independent apartments that include cable hookup, free flat linen services, weekly housekeeping and 3 meals per day with a choice between two entrees. Home Health services are available for our independent residents who may need extra help as they recover from medical procedures or surgeries. If you are considering performing some community service, we hope you think of us. Our volunteers make a difference in people’s lives everyday by offering support and comfort to our residents and their families.
