My mother has been at Cross Terrace for over three years. She is treated extremely well although she is at times quite difficult. The staff is excellent, they keep me updated on any and all emergencies, she is assisted with feeding as needed and she is always clean. The facility is comfortable with a nice garden-area where we have spent many hours in conversation.
