REHABILITATION SERVICES
Crossings Rehab Department is well known in the community as progressive and compassionate. The team consists of Registered Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Pathologists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians. The primary focus is to alleviate physical challenges and promote independence. Our therapy programs are designed to meet the individual needs & goals of each Resident.
Additional services
We offer gourmet dining and a number of dining options. The independent dining area offers an opportunity for a more luxurious dining experience. Meals are approved by a Registered Dietician and meet individual needs and preferences.
We provide daily interactive activities to meet the individual needs of the Residents. The activity calendar is prepared by a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) and the Residents.
Therapy Gym & Apartment
We have completed the renovation of our new, state of the art, 1700 square foot rehabilitation gym. Our transitional program assists Residents in their return home using our “Rehab Apartment”.
